Sales Consultant DACH at Defibrion

Will you be one of the driving forces behind the international development and growth of Defibrion? Defibrion is a specialist in AEDs, first aid, and emergency products. What will you do as a Sales Consultant?

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues from the sales team, for selling AEDs, first aid, and emergency products across Europe. Your main focus will be the German-speaking markets. You will attract new partnerships with potential clients while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Your tasks will include:

  • Using your analytical skills to oversee clients’ needs and market demands to strengthen your sales position;
  • Managing clients and products in the webshop;
  • Creating and following up on newsletters with the team;
  • Actively looking for new clients and proactively approaching them;
  • Following the sales lifecycle, including drafting proposals and following up with the client;
  • Occasionally visiting clients or fairs.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a team player with a “Can Do” attitude! Someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. Every day is different, so we need someone who is ready for the challenge. Your qualifications:

  • An excellent command of both the German and English languages, both spoken and written. Understanding Dutch is an advantage;
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a real drive for sales;
  • A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
  • You are a strong communicator and know how to communicate with different stakeholders;
  • You are energetic, proactive, and results-driven;
  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar commercial position.
