What will you do as a Community Lead?
As a Community Lead, you will be the face of Elfsquad, ensuring that customers, potential clients, and industry partners become ambassadors of the Elfsquad brand. You will focus on increasing customer Community, lead generation, and brand awareness within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Your key responsibilities include:
Building and Maintaining Relationships
- Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers in target industries.
- Engage with industry organizations (such as VDMA, FME) to establish strategic partnerships.
- Strengthen connections with ERP and software providers to enhance Elfsquad’s market position.
Networking and Events
- Organize and host industry events, summits, roundtables, and networking dinners.
- Facilitate reference visits with successful customers to showcase Elfsquad’s impact
- Represent Elfsquad at conferences, trade shows, and industry meetups.
Community Building
- Establish and manage an (online) customer community to enhance engagement.
- Connect leads with reference customers to improve conversion rates.
- Gather insights from Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to strengthen our user community.
Strategic Alignment
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Development to refine our Product Market Fit.
- Support Sales by creating compelling events to drive conversions.
- Ensure industry influencers and thought leaders are actively discussing Elfsquad.
