What will you do as a Business Development Representative?

As a BDR, you will be the driving force behind outbound sales efforts and will play a crucial role in generating interest in Elfsquad’s cutting-edge software. Your key responsibilities will include:

Building and Maintaining Relationships:

  • Identify and engage with C-level executives, sales leaders, and technical decision-makers.
  • Research and qualify leads to ensure they fit the ideal customer profile.
  • Strengthen relationships with industry organizations and ERP/software providers to enhance Elfsquad’s market position.

Outbound Prospecting and Meeting Scheduling:

  • Reach out to potential customers via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate interest.
  • Book high-quality meetings for AEs.
  • Maintain and update Hubspot to track outreach and improve conversion rates.

Collaboration and Strategic Alignment:

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach campaigns.
  • Support Sales by creating compelling events that help drive conversions.
  • Provide insights from prospect interactions to improve lead generation strategies.

  • Fluent in German, Dutch, and English (native German preferred)

  • Ambition to grow into an Account Executive role
  • A structured approach to managing a sales pipeline and prioritizing tasks
  • Previous experience in sales, customer success, or business development is a plus but not required
